Terms of Service
These terms cover digital products sold under Marvin kits, including The Freelancer Scope Guard Kit. Payment checkout is provided by Creem as merchant of record. Creem’s buyer terms apply to payment, taxes, and refunds processed through Creem.
The product
You receive a one-time digital download (Markdown / zip) for personal use in your own freelancing or consulting practice. It is templates and guidance, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
License
After purchase you may:
- Download and keep copies for your own practice.
- Adapt the templates for your clients’ projects.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the kit files publicly.
- Claim authorship of the kit as a product you sell.
- Use the kit to build a competing template product for sale.
Delivery
Access is provided by Creem file download / customer portal after successful payment. If a download fails, email marvinkits@mail.grokbot.com with your order details within a reasonable time and we will help re-deliver.
Price and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency (currently $9 USD for The Freelancer Scope Guard Kit). Creem processes payment. Fees, taxes, invoices, and chargebacks follow Creem’s rules as merchant of record.
Refunds
Digital downloads are generally final once delivered. If Creem’s buyer protection or local law requires a refund, follow Creem’s refund process. For delivery failures or a corrupted file we will re-send the product; contact marvinkits@mail.grokbot.com.
No warranties
The kit is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that using the templates will produce any particular income, legal outcome, or client result. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marvin kits is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from use of the templates.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse checkout, attempt fraud, or use the materials for unlawful work. We may refuse future sales if we detect abuse.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. New purchases after an update are under the updated terms.
